Below you will see the step-by-step process each client will undergo when they work with us. From your initial contact to your follow-up care, we will always prioritize your needs at every step.

Patient Inquiry

The first step is hearing from you. Contact us via inquiry below, via e-mail (info@CrossCareCA.com), or by phone (626-225-0007). Tell us how we can help you and we will determine if our services are right for you or if we can point you in the right direction.

Initial Assessment

If your inquiry is a match for our services, then we move forward with an initial assessment. This includes a comprehensive form detailing your medical/surgical history, medication history, and other important details that gives us a greater picture of you. This also helps us screen patients for the providers. For example, maybe your dental issues require a special surgeon onboard. We can streamline this information to the dentist so that we can make the most out of your initial visit.

Provider Referral

Next, based on the information received from you, we select a trusted, compatible provider for you. This may include us talking with providers beforehand about your situation so you get personalized attention. We can let you know all about the provider selected and their experience in the field.

Agreement & Payment

Before moving on to the logistics of booking your appointment, we find it important to establish an agreement with you first. It is a lot of time and coordination working with doctor's offices and traveling, therefore we require clients to sign our service agreement forms and place a deposit prior to booking. This lets us know you are truly ready for our help. We will go over what you should expect from us and our providers in greater detail.

Logistics Coordination

Upon agreement, we take over from here. We will coordinate the date, time, and transportation you need to get to your medical appointment, along with fun activities if that is selected. We will tailor this trip for you depending on the package picked and ensure everything goes smooth for everyone involved.

Finally, the step that brought you to us - see your knowledgeable, compassionate medical provider. Without worry of being late, getting lost, long wait times, or having insurance authorization issues, you will be seen without a hassle.

Leisure/Recovery Support

Next, the fun part - your selected activity while in Tijuana/Ensenada. Whether you opt to visit a delicious restaurant or stay the night to rest and relish in a different culture, we guarantee this will end your visit with the relaxation you deserve.

Follow-Up 

Lastly, if needed, we can continue services with any ongoing follow-up care or additional trips. If you and the provider need more time together, we would be honored to continue helping you on your journey to living a quality life.
