The first component of the Essential Care Package is an initial intake and assessment. During this time, we meet with you one-on-one to gather your pertinent medical information, preferences, and really get to know you. We take into consideration your specific situation and experiences and we take all this information to our providers. When done correctly and with full trust, we are able to relay a clear case to our knowledgeable providers and give you efficient, effective care at the time of your appointment.

Coordination with your Medical Provider
With this component, we do the hard part so you don't have to! With all the important information taken from our intake and assessment, we select a provider that meets your exact needs. We talk with the provider and their office about your case and make sure you get the appointment you need. Based on their availability and your schedule, we will select a day that works best. We will prepare you for the appointment ensuring you bring the necessary items needed or make sure you're ready for your procedure.

Full Transportation & Logistics Support
The last thing you need to worry about is how to get there. With Cross Care, we will provide you with group transportation via private vehicle to and from Southern California. No tricky Uber rides or needing to step out to walk through the border lines. You won't even have to wait very long driving through the border because each person will have a Medical Fast Pass, ensuring you avoid long hours at the border crossing. Through us, you will arrive to your appointment timely and you never have to worry about getting lost.
