  • I don’t see what I need on your list of services.
If you don’t see what you need under our services, please feel free to still submit an inquiry form. We are a small, growing business and we aim to eventually include more medical services, but we won’t know what is needed unless we hear back from you. If there is a need for a specific specialty from a large group of people, we will gladly find a way to provide it. Please check back with us in the future as we continue to expand based on needs.
  • What is the process of working with you?
    1. Submit an inquiry form – this includes personal details, along with medical history, and your specific need. This helps us screen clients and ensure you are appropriate for our services and our providers. 2. Hear back from us with a plan – After figuring out you’re a great candidate for our provider, we will contact you with general information about the provider, how they work, possible days/times that can be arranged, and general (not guaranteed) costs. For privacy reasons, we will not disclose the provider information until an agreement between us is made. 3. Confirmation – Once you think it over and decide the plan works for you, we begin to start setting things in stone. Because we will be contacting the provider for you, scheduling your preferred day/time, coordinating the care with their office, and ensuring transportation, we kindly ask for a $400 deposit for these efforts. This also goes towards the day of service when we will be driving you to and from Tijuana (covering gas and labor costs), translation services if needed, and ensuring overall safety. * This does not include the cost of medical care you receive with the provider. That will be based on their assessment. 4. Get the care you need – Get ready for your medical visit. We will let you know the exact time of pick-up leaving ample time in case of any hiccups or traffic along the way. We will also will send you detailed instructions from the doctor’s office, along with important reminders and considerations for travel.
  • Do you transport clients privately or in a group?
We have both options available so be sure to indicate your preference on your inquiry form. Continual private transportation does have added fees in comparison to sharing transportation with others.
  • Are there clients you would deny working with?
Although we would like to work with everyone, our services are not for everybody. At this time, we do not provide services for those with life-threatening emergent medical issues, unstable conditions, or suffering from severe comorbidities. This also means we cannot provide services for those who are unable to withstand long car rides or be in a prolonged sitting position. Those needing medical equipment, such as oxygen tanks, are not encouraged to use our services. We do not transport with a medical transportation vehicle, only private car, and for the safety of everyone, we only transport those who are in stable condition. In addition, we kindly refuse services for those with questionable criminal backgrounds or unresolved legal issues. We will be crossing the border to another country and we will be respectful of international law.
  • Do you accept insurance or payment plans?
No, we will never accept insurance! The whole point is to never give those greedy companies a dime. Your money goes straight to your medical needs and comfort. We only accept cash payments at this time through Zelle, PayPal, cashier’s check, or Venmo. Payment plans are not available at this time. We are a small, growing business and any missed or late payments can impact us greatly. We hope payment plans will be available for you in the future, so continue to check back.
